By accessing and using Crypto Rand Wealth ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

4. Investment Plans
Investment plans offered on the Platform are subject to the terms and conditions specified for each plan. Returns are calculated based on the plan terms at the time of investment. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue investment plans at any time. Changes to plans do not affect existing investments.
5. Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits must be made using supported cryptocurrencies and networks. You are responsible for ensuring that you send the correct asset on the correct network. Withdrawals are subject to review and approval. Withdrawal limits and fees are displayed before confirmation.
6. Fees
The Platform charges fees as displayed on the deposit and withdrawal interfaces. All fees are clearly stated before you confirm any transaction. We do not charge hidden fees.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for illegal activities, (b) attempt to manipulate balances or transactions, (c) interfere with the Platform's security, (d) use another user's account, or (e) engage in money laundering or other financial crimes.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for losses resulting from cryptocurrency market volatility, blockchain network issues, or events beyond our control.
9. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in suspicious or fraudulent activity.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
